Join us for a weekend introductory seminar to explore the infinite nature of the cosmos and ourselves. Esoteric astrology is a profound path of spiritual development and psychological tool that awakens the intuition and fosters creativity. In combination with the teaching on the seven rays and new techniques of chart interpretation, we learn powerful tools to know ourselves. All of life is permeated with the colours and sounds of the rays and constellations. Together we will explore the synthetic beauty that unites all things in a cosmic dance of wonder.
In this seminar we will discuss:
the spiritual qualities of the zodiacal signs & their meaning for our life and service work
an introduction to the key qualities of the seven rays
cosmology—the universal aspects of astrology
how to work creatively with subtle energy and the cycles of nature to help heal the planet through ritual
chart analysis
Raja yoga meditation/visualization techniques for integrating soul and personality
This workshop is based on the work of Tibetan teacher Djwhal Khul, who wrote 20 volumes of esoteric teachings with Alice Bailey. The workshops are meditative, creating a group space conducive to working with higher energies through mental exercises, visualization and ritual, as well as formal study. No previous knowledge of astrology necessary.

Kathy Newburn works in the US, Europe and South America teaching and lecturing to help bring the Ageless Wisdom to wider public attention. Kathy worked for many years at both the Lucis Trust and the Seventh Ray Institute in New York. She is the author of A Planetary Awakening: Reflections on the Writings of the Tibetan in the Works of Alice A. Bailey and is presently compiling and editing a book on esoteric astrology. Kathy lives in New York. Kathy is currently on the faculty of the DK Academy and Earth Service.
